6 x live 2-hour group coaching workshops (~£650)
2 x 1:1 coaching sessions (~£300)
Small, supportive group (max 12 people)
Private WhatsApp support group
Practical tools you’ll actually use in real life
A wellbeing temperature check-in after 3 months and 6 months (~£100)
All for the one-off price of £495 - pay upfront for a slight discount (£480) or in two instalments of £247.50

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, creative and practical.
The workshops are interactive, but in a way that feels comfortable and inclusive (no awkward role play or being put on the spot).
I aim to create a safe space where people can pause, reflect and have honest conversations, while also coming away with tools and ideas they can use in practice.
I will meet with everyone for a quick intro call before you sign up.
