Maybe it’s work that’s the cause, or maybe it’s something outside of work that is impacting your focus and capacity to do your job in the way you want/used to be able to.

You're capable and reliable and look like you’re holding it all together on the outside but, inside, you are exhausted, feeling more and more detached, struggling to switch off and relax, struggling to focus, and wondering how you're going to keep on going for the rest of the week.

You have the Sunday blues, dreading Monday mornings and a new week of work. No matter how much you work and how much you get done, the goal posts keep changing and the demands and emails keep pouring in. So you dig deeper and push through, but it still doesn't feel like enough.

At some point, you start to lose confidence. Maybe your memory starts to get worse, you feel like you’re failing compared to others and wonder why you can’t do this when everyone else has it together. You start to doubt yourself and your ability and worry about how you're perceived as you 'wing' your way through each day.

You overwork and do more to try and keep up, pulling back from things outside of work because you just don’t have the energy. Your patience is thinner than usual and you feel like you’re becoming more cynical. You spend more time alone and start to feel detached and like what you do doesn’t mean anything anymore. Relationships outside of work become impacted adding even more pressure.

I've been there.

You are not failing, you‘re just operating within the equivalent of an outdated computer programme. We can update the programme so it runs more smoothly, is better protected against threats/’viruses’ and is more sustainable for the demands expected of it.

And this is why I am passionate about using coaching to help people support themselves so they can protect their career and their reputation.

It's tough coming back from burnout so we need to notice it and get the right support as early as possible before it takes hold of us, before it impacts our reputation and before we end up going off sick.

I know what it’s like to feel like you’re losing control and heading to burnout.

I spent a long time showing up, delivering, and pushing through…until I couldn’t.

My passion is now supporting others to stay well so they don’t get to breaking point, and to return well after time away.

Coaching creates space and time to slow down, think deeply, understand what is driving that pressure, review priorities, reconnect with your values and what’s important to you, and find a way forward that actually feels sustainable.

How we work together

Our work isn’t about quick fixes or forcing change. It’s a chance to gently untangle what’s been building up over time, so you can move forward with more clarity and confidence.

You don’t need more strategies, tools or techniques to add to your already full schedule, you need time and space to think clearly.

We’ll explore what’s really driving your overwhelm, look at the expectations you’re carrying (often without realising it), and reconnect with your needs, values, and strengths. Along the way, we’ll notice the patterns and beliefs that are keeping the pressure high, and begin to shift them in a way that feels natural rather than forced.

We’ll also look at the practical side in terms of what needs to change in your day-to-day, how you can set boundaries that actually hold, and what a more sustainable way of working could look like for you.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. We take it one step at a time and we go at your pace.

As things start to shift, it’s not just what you do that feels different but how you experience your work and your life.

You may notice that you feel calmer and more in control of your workload, clearer about what really matters, and more confident in your ability to handle pressure without it taking over.
