Break the cycle of overwhelm and build a more sustainable way to succeed, on your terms.

Through engaging and supportive workshops (and the metaphor of a car) we aim to help you feel confident in your understanding of resilience and burnout, your stressors, what’s draining you, and get practical tools to rebuild your energy and protect it long-term.

Options

Two-day session (maximum 12 people):

In-depth, personalised support and development for those wanting a deeper exploration of real, current challenges, development needs and underpinning theory in the safety of small group cohort for ongoing support. Option for one 1:1 follow up coaching session to support implementation. Ideal for leaders and managers.

Half-day workshop (4 hours, maximum 12 people):

An interactive session that combines practical tools with guided reflection. Participants explore their own experiences in more depth, building self-awareness and practising new approaches in a supportive group setting.

Full day workshops (7 hours, maximum 12 people):

A more immersive experience that allows time for deeper discussion, reflection, and skill development. Participants explore their own patterns and approaches in greater detail, applying relevant frameworks to real situations.

Introductory workshops (2 hours, up to 25 people).

A focused, accessible introduction designed to spark insight and build awareness. We introduce key ideas and practical tools in an engaging, supportive environment. Participants leave with simple, practical tools and insight.
