All coaches are unique due to our backgrounds, training and life experiences. It’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it that makes a difference.
Rather than quick fixes or pressure to perform, my coaching focuses on going a bit deeper, under the surface of the problem to the layer beneath. My approach is to create a grounded, calm and non-judgemental thinking environment where you can pause, reflect and slow down.
This helps us to gain clarity on who you are, who you want to become, define what you want, and the beliefs, thoughts and behaviours getting in your way or holding you back, to get you moving forward in a calm, empowered and energised yet sustainable way.

Most clients work with a coach for 3–6 months to create meaningful, lasting change. Sessions can be fortnightly, every 3 weeks or once a month, whatever is best for you and your goal. We will decide that together.
Longer support is available depending on your goals and needs.

1:1 coaching involves regular private sessions (usually online) where we focus on your goals, challenges, and growth. Sessions are structured but flexible, with space for reflection, insight, and practical next steps.
Coaching is not therapy. Coaching focuses on the present and future rather than past experiences or mental health treatment. It’s action-oriented, supportive, and practical, helping you create clarity, confidence, and direction rather than diagnose or treat conditions.
